Featured on the CD are:

Producer/Engineer/ Keyboardist Joe Cooper
on keys, Sandi Mallory on Spoken word Tk# 7 Studio Mix DOTC, Chris Ras Washington on Vocals, Rap, Alto & Baritone Saxes, and Marcus EMRLS Cooper on keyboards and Sequences Tks # 5,7,&10.On Acoustic, 12 string, and Electric guitars is Berkley Savage who first recorded with the Joe Cooper Project on the second CD “ Cool Vibes “. Playing percussion is master percussionist, Robert Dupree Hailey, who has been with the Joe Cooper Project since the third CD “Children Of the Sun”. He plays Talking Drums, Timbales, Congas, Bongas, all manner of Bells, Whistles, Chimes and a wide assortment of percussive instruments. He has fun on Tk#6 “Journey Man”. Featured on Drums is Jerry Fields who is also a talented professional videographer, on Bass is Bassist Supreme Percy White whose 6 string Bass playing is featured on Tk#9 A New Day the title track. Both of these musicians have been with the Joe Cooper Project since 2010.

The Music is refreshingly positive vibrations of originals with a unique blend of Reggae, Jazz, Spoken Word, Rap, song and instrumentals all with that World Beat flavor. The CD contains music for the world and many demographics. Joe Cooper is the 2010 Rosa Pryor Music Scholarship Fund Honoree and as such has been recognized for his work by Awards and Citations by the Governor of Maryland, members of the US Congress, US Senate, the Maryland Assembly, the Mayor of Baltimore, the Baltimore County Executive, and many Leaders of the Community.

Joe has worked with many Reggae legends including Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Judy Mowatt, Marcia Griffits, Dennis Brown, Daddy Uroy, Pablo Moses, Big Youth, Mikey Dread, Sugar Minott, Meditations, Boris Gardiner, the Mighty Vikings and bands such as Emperor’s Choice and ADJA, New York City.

Sandi Mallory is the Legendary Radio Air Personality who was the first African American woman to have her own FM radio show in Maryland. She has won numerous Awards including those from the Maryland Governor, US Congress, Business and Community organizations. Her current Radio Show is “Cool Vibes for your mid-days” aired on WEAA 88.9 FM from 12 noon to 2pm daily, Mondays to Fridays. She has been voted Best Radio Personality and Best Music by Baltimore’s City Paper. Her shows popular theme song “Positive Reflections” is from the Joe Cooper Project’s CD “ Children of the Sun”.
